Vijay Mallya allowed safeguard after brief capture in London; India to press under the steady gaze of UK court for his removal

New Delhi: Absconding alcohol nobleman Vijay Mallya was captured in London on Tuesday and is probably going to be removed to India soon.

The CBI and the Indian High Commission in London will present India's case in the UK court for removal of dubious industrialist Vijay Mallya as the administration hopes to infringe upon the myth that a crook is out of bound once he is out of nation.

A top source said India is looking for removal of Mallya for defaulting on advances because of IDBI.

"We need to smash this myth that by intersection limits you are outside the field of play. Mallya removal will go about as an essential experiment," the source said.
